Affiliate + Ambassador program
Created to establish an affiliate and ambassador program to expand Royal Robbins brand awareness, social media reach, brand & product content, and to further substantiate the positioning of the brand.
Overarching goal is to build a community and foundation of new customers through product seeding and commission-based link referrals.
I proposed the program, built out the strategy and creative decks, launch plan, set benchmark KPIs — forecasted revenue, site traffic, and social growth — partnered with an external tech platform to host the program, onboarded our PR agency, launched the program, and manage the project as a whole.
